Romantic Summer Wedding at St. Giles Catholic Church and Hyatt Lodge | Oak Brook Illinois
Rescheduled 2 times due to COVID, Nicole and Matt were finally able to have their magical summer wedding day in 2021. I started with Nicole & her girls getting ready at the Hyatt Lodge in Oak Brook, Illinois. When they were ready to go, we hopped onto the trolley for the ride over to St. Giles Catholic Church in Oak Park. Once we had all the guys tucked away inside the gorgeous St. Giles Church, it was time for a first look with Nicole and her father. I love these moments, a father seeing his daughter for the first time, all dressed up on her wedding day. It makes every father tear up a little. They had a few minutes to themselves, and then it was time for their wedding to begin. Matt fought back tears when he saw Nicole for the first time, and his eyes never came off her as she walked down the aisle. Following a beautiful ceremony, it was time for some portraits and trolley ride back to the Hyatt Lodge for more photos, cocktail hour and a fun filled reception with an amazing full band.
