From the first email through the texts and calls with Elle leading up to this session, I KNEW it was going to be filled with laughter and fun. I love talking to my clients in the days and weeks before a session or wedding, I want to ensure they’re excited to be in front of my camera and to see the back of it while we’re together. So when Elle and I started talking about their engagement session back in November and December we were hoping for a snow covered winter wonderland at The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms in Rockton, Illinois. It turned into praying for snow when it had been over 45 days since we had any amount of snow on the ground. Thankfully the day before, it snowed!! A beautiful 4” of light and fluffy snow meant they got their beautiful winter wonderland engagement session…including some amazing champagne! Here’s a little sneak peek into their engagement session! I can’t wait for their wedding later this year!
