Shannon and Brian’s wedding at the Starline Factory in Harvard, Illinois was my first wedding of the 2020 wedding season. With friends and family coming in from all over the country, and most living in Downtown Chicago, they started their wedding weekend at the beautiful Abbey Resort in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and had shuttles bring them and their guests the short ride to Harvard, Illinois. I started capturing their wedding day with the girls upstairs in their own private suite at Starline Factory. Once Shannon was ready, it was time for her first looks. First with her Dad, and then with her soon to be husband, Brian. I love first looks as each relationship is so different and the emotions and expressions are so unique. After the first looks, it was time for family photos and a few minutes of portraits before the ceremony was set to begin. Lit by just market and string lights, the Ferris Room was absolutely gorgeous. Once the ceremony was complete, it was time for the couple to enjoy their cocktail hour before the fun and frivolities of the reception began. Enjoy this peek into their wedding day!
